What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You'll keep premium access until the period you already paid for ends. After that you return to the basic plan, with no extra charges.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes. From your account you can open the Stripe portal to update your card.
Is there a free trial?
No. But the basic plan is free forever and has a solid selection of stories.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The platform is a responsive website that adapts to any screen: computer, tablet, or phone. In this version it's only available as a website; there's no native app for iOS or Android, so all you have to do is open the site in your browser and log in with your account.
Can I keep playing multiplayer games if I cancel?
As a guest, yes — you only need the host to be premium if the story is premium. Creating premium rooms requires an active premium subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). We process charges through Stripe.
Can I pay for just one story instead of subscribing?
Yes. Each premium story can be unlocked with a one-time payment of €3.99 and access is permanent. If you'd rather have unlimited access to all of them, the premium subscription costs €9.99 a month.
